Changing the set of services for Own solution

The service permits a quick and convenient change of the set of services for «Own Solution» on any day of the month.

• The first change of the set of services or the solution itself with the choice of your set of services within one calendar month is provided free of charge, and the second and subsequent changes are charged according to the company's tariffs.
• Reactivation of the connected set of services is not available while it is active.
• Each set of services includes several types of services (minutes and Internet traffic), disabling part of the set is not available.
• The set of services is not available for deactivation being part of Own Solution.

The service is available for «Own Solution» customers.

You can change your set of services for Own solution via:

• personal account in My A1;
• My A1 app;
• sending the signed application from the legal entity in Viber or Telegram messengers or social networks Facebook, Вконтакте, Одноклассники;
• transferring the signed application from the legal entity to the nearest A1 store or the company's dealership.
