The package is provided for 30 days and is automatically renewed for the next period. The package payment is debited in full upon connection and then every 30 days. When the included minutes are over, the billing of international calls will be charged according to your tariff plan.

You can connect and use only one of the two services «International 100» or «International 250» at the same time.

There are some special features for providing packages «20 minutes of international calls» and «50 minutes of international calls»:

• packages include international calls to all countries;
• packages are available only for «Оur Solution» - tariffs for smartphones;
• packages can be connected simultaneously with «International 100» or «International 250». First of all, the traffic of the service «International 100» or «International 250» is consumed.

The International Packages service is provided to all corporate clients of the company in the absence of a prohibition.

You can connect/disable/change a package in one of the following ways:

• Personal account (Administrator and Subscriber access level);
• “Мy А1” app
• on the basis of a client's application sent to the e-mail address legal@a1.by or through the А1 Belarus community in Viber;
• on the basis of a client's application submitted to A1 stores or to the office of official agents.

The service will be activated within 24 hours from the receipt of the application.
