“SIP telephony + Bitrix24” from A1 is a comprehensive solution for the provision of office telephony over a fixed Internet network using the SIP protocol and a turnkey CRM system for managing sales and communications with clients.

Suitable for legal entities that have or are planning to have:

  • SIP telephony is provided only on the basis of the fixed A1 Internet at the address of the location of the client’s terminal subscriber devices.
  • You can choose:
    • the number of subscriber numbers of the company to receive and make calls;
    • a package of channels for organizing call routing;
    • Bitrix24 tariff for the required number of users.
  • Connected numbers are combined into one or more groups. Each group is bound to the client connection point.
  • The main subscriber number with the “SIP Connection” tariff plan is mandatory for connection in each group, the rest of the numbers in the group are additional and are connected if necessary.
  • Flexibility: you can select the required channel package and the required number of subscriber numbers without SIM cards;
