The packages "Roaming 500 MB (for business)", "Roaming 1.5 GB (for business)", "Roaming 3 GB (for business)", "Roaming ТОP 1 GB (for business)" and "Roaming ТОP 5 GB (for business)" allow using the included internet traffic in roaming. "Roaming 500 MB (for business)", "Roaming 1.5 GB (for business)", "Roaming 1.5 GB (for business)" can be registered separately, together with one of the packages "Roaming ТОP 1 GB (for business)" and "Roaming ТОP 5 GB (for business)" or with one of the packages "Roaming 30 min.+20 SMS", "Roaming 60 min.+30 SMS" or "Roaming 120 min.+60 SMS".

The packages “Roaming 500 MB (for business)”, “Roaming 1.5 GB (for business)”, “Roaming 3 GB (for business)”, "Roaming ТОP 1 GB", "Roaming ТОP 1 GB (for business)", "Roaming ТОP 5 GB" and "Roaming ТОP 5 GB (for business)" are provided in the networks of roaming partners that support the package; you can find the list of networks by the links below or by USSD request *141*3*2*4# call.

If the traffic for the packages "Roaming 500 MB (for business)", "Roaming 1.5 GB (for business)", "Roaming 3 GB (for business)", "Roaming ТОP 1 GB (for business)" and "Roaming ТОP 5 GB (for business)" is used up earlier than 30 days, billing is carried out at the cost of the mobile Internet of the connected roaming package:

"Roaming 1.5 GB (for business)" - 0.10 BYN / 1 MB with VAT,

"Roaming 3 GB (for business)" - 0.10 BYN / 1 MB with VAT.

"Roaming ТОP 5 GB (for business)" - 0.01 BYN / 1 MB with VAT

Packages "Roaming 500 MB", "Roaming 1.5 GB", "Roaming 3 GB", "Roaming ТОP 1 GB (for business)" and "Roaming ТОP 5 GB (for business)" as well as "Roaming 500 MB (for business)", "Roaming 1.5 GB (for business)", "Roaming 3 GB (for business)", "Roaming ТОP 1 GB (for business)" and "Roaming ТОP 5 GB (for business)" for corporate clients and for individual clients which has "Business Class" and "Smart Beskonechniy", have the following features:

  • provided if the "International roaming" or "SMS-roaming" and "Mobile Internet" services are connected.

Services International Сalls and International Roaming will be activated along with the package in case they are not available at the time of package activation.

When the roaming package is disabled, the services International Сalls and International Roaming are not automatically deactivated. Services are managed by the subscriber in My A1 application and other self-service systems of the company.

Packages are available to customers with a monthly fee tariff plans, except for non-voice tariff plans and the prepaid plans.

To enable/disable roaming data packages use one of the following options:

  • USSD request *141*3*2*3# call;
  • “Мy А1” app
  • Personal account;

Services International Сalls and International Roaming will be activated along with the package in case they are not available at the time of package activation.

When the roaming package is disabled, the services International Сalls and International Roaming are not automatically deactivated. Services are managed by the subscriber in My A1 application and other self-service systems of the company.

IMPORTANT! Before using the Internet package in roaming, you need to check the Internet settings while at home, because settings are not automatically sent when in roaming, and their correct receipt is not guaranteed.
