SMS Packages

• the service is provided for 30 days with automatic renewal
• the full cost is debited at a time
• traffic is provided upon connection, and then once every 30 days
• SMS included in your tariff are consumed after 500 SMS
• the service does not work in roaming, does not apply to short numbers and numbers with a special cost
• service traffic will be used only towards Belarussian mobile operators

You can manage the connection and disabling of the service in one of the following ways:

• using the USSD request *119#;
• in the Personal Account;
• send an application through the А1 Belarus community in Viber or to the e-mail address legal@A1.by;
• in A1 branded sales and service centers.

You need to have an identity document with you, as well as:

- for a head: a document confirming their powers;

- for a proxy: a power of attorney for representing the interests of a legal entity.
