Including Forsage Service in Unlimited Packages: New Service Terms for A1's Tariff Plans with Unlimited Internet Access and Launch of the Forsage Service

In accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization No. 38, effective as of February 23, 2026, A1 hereby informs its clients about changes in some of the tariff plans that provide for an unlimited Internet access. Thus, according to the Decree, the subscribers of tariff plans with an unlimited Internet access must be provided with 30 GB of Internet traffic without speed limits, and then unlimited Internet access at a speed of up to 1 Mbps.

A1 values the loyalty of its clients and provides them with further Internet access so that they are able to communicate, to deal with business issues, and to visit online platforms.

To maintain a positive user experience and ensure favorable service conditions, A1 will provide a new service, named "Forsage", to the subscribers of tariff plans to which the Decree applies.With this service, as part of the tariff plan, the clients will have an unlimited Internet access, without any speed limitations. For the sake of user convenience, the service will be provided free of charge as part of the promotional offer.

The subscribers whose tariff plans provide for special terms for mobile communication services as part of home Internet tariff plans will be able to further use unlimited Internet access without speed limitations.
