A1 subscribers have the opportunity to donate funds to a number of Belarusian charity organizations. Transfer of funds in favor of the beneficiary is carried out without charging an additional payment on the part of the company.
Methods to donate in A1:
- Good section in the A1 banking application (using bank card funds, as well as the balance of the subscriber's number-login in the A1 banking application);
- sending an SMS to a short number;
- sending an USSD request.
You can donate via the A1 banking application:
- Using funds of any added bank card, including the A1 banking virtual card (available for subscribers of any mobile operator who are A1 banking application users);
- Using the balance of the A1 subscriber's number (available for A1 physical subscribers, excluding PRIVET line tariffs). The maximum allowable amount of donations using this method is 100 rubles per month. In this case, the donation amount will be debited from the balance of the subscriber's number, which is the login in the A1 banking application.
A user receives a transaction status notification in the application. The information about the successful completion of the transaction is also received via SMS from A1 banking.
Sending an SMS to a short number (available for A1 physical subscribers, excluding PRIVET line tariffs) and receiving an incoming SMS from A1 banking confirms the transfer of funds in favor of a charity organization. In this case, the donation amount will be debited from the balance of the subscriber's number from which the SMS is sent. At the same time, the subscriber's number should be active and provide access to outgoing calls, sending SMS, mobile Internet, etc.
The donation amount in favor of the beneficiary when sending an SMS to a short number is fixed and amounts to 2 rubles.
Sending an USSD request (available for A1 physical subscribers, excluding PRIVET line tariffs) and receiving an incoming SMS from A1 banking confirms the transfer of funds in favor of a charity organization. In this case, the donation amount will be debited from the balance of the subscriber's number from which the USSD request is sent. The subscriber's number should be active and provide access to outgoing calls, sending SMS, mobile Internet, etc.
When sending the request, the subscriber can choose one of the proposed donations amounting to 2, 5 or 10 rubles.
