Good news: all those who have not yet activated a promo package Download the Entire Internet! from A1, can do it until December 4! The company decided to extend previously announced initiative for another week so that as many of its subscribers as possible could experience new quality of mobile Internet after launch of 2600 MHz frequency range.

The essence of the innovation is that 2600 MHz channels allow increase of network capacity, that is, the number of subscribers who can use it concurrently. This is particularly important in cities and regions with large or high population densities. With the launch of the new range for about 1.5 thousand base stations rented from the infrastructure operator beCloud, the capacity of 4G network for A1 subscribers tripled. The speed of data transmission has also increased significantly thanks to the ability to use frequency aggregation as well as MIMO 4x4 multithreaded data transmission method at selected base stations. Now 4G is significantly ahead of the previous standard and bridges the gap to the possibilities of fixed line connection. Yet with one significant advantage: you are not tied up to wires or Wi-Fi passwords and can work, communicate or consume content anywhere.

Those who have not yet activated Download the Entire Internet! package can do it until December 4. Within seven days from the date of the promo announcement 3G and 4G traffic bundled in the current tariff plan will not be rated or charged. Moreover, there will be no limitations both in speed and volume.

You can activate promo package Download the Entire Internet! via the application My A1 (in the section Services, going to the tab Available). The app itself is available in AppStore, Google Play and AppGallery – and is useful for managing any services and connecting new features in 24/7 mode without visiting A1 stores.

Activation of the package is available to all users of A1 tariff plans for individuals, as well as subscribers of a number of tariff plans for legal entities operating without closed user group.

4G network is available to all A1 subscribers whose SIM cards and mobile devices support this technology. You can check the readiness of your device for 4G network by selecting the appropriate parameters – 3G/4G or LTE. At that, there will appear a symbol that confirms the ability to use data transfer service on the screen.

A1 subscribers can check whether sim-card supports 4G network via USSD-query *181#. If the SIM card is obsolete, it can be replaced at any of the company’s or dealer stores.
