Anyone can buy the kit. The conclusion of a contract via My A1 application is provided subject to the simultaneous observance of the following conditions:

- individual or an individual entrepreneur

- citizen of the Republic of Belarus

- not less than 18 years old

• download and install the application;
• on the login page or on the "Profile" tab, click the "Activate a new SIM-card" button;
• provide the application with access to the smartphone/tablet camera, push notifications sending;
• provide access to the location of the device;
• scan the barcode located on the SIM card;
• choose a tariff plan;
• get acquainted and agree with the procedure for the provision of services on the selected tariff plan, the contract and the procedure for remote connection to the A1 network;
• scan pages 33, 31 of the passport and the page with the registration address, verify the scanned data and manually duplicate the registration address;
• individual entrepreneurs additionally scan the Registration Certificate;
• go through the face identification process, following the prompts in the application;

in case of a positive result of the verification, read and sign the registration form. The activation process takes up to 24 hours.

• произвести сканирование 33, 31 страниц паспорта и страницу с адресом регистрации или произвести сканирование лицевой, оборотной стороны, а также чипа ID-карты (при наличии модуля NFC в устройстве), сверить отсканированные данные и вручную продублировать адрес регистрации;
• пройти процесс идентификации лица, следуя подсказкам в приложении;

в случае положительного результата проверки, ознакомиться и подписать регистрационную форму. Процесс активации занимает до 24 часов.

• Do I need my passport when buying a SIM?

You do not need your passport for buying a SIM from partners. You will need it to activate the SIM in the app My A1.

• What additional documents might be needed?

Individual entrepreneurs need both the Registration Certificate and passport in order to register a SIM-to-go.

• Can I select a number when buying a set?

Such an opportunity is not provided on purchasing SIM-to-go, but after activating the SIM card in the application, you may select a number in your Personal Account at A1.by.

• Why can't I scan my passport?

Try to change the brightness and avoid glare on the document. It is better to choose a dark background surface than a light one.

• Why can't I pass a face check?

Try changing the lightning and the position of the face regarding the camera (keep straight), follow the recommendations on the screen.

• Is there a validity period of the SIM-to-go package? How quickly do I need to activate it?

SIM activation is possible within 1 year from the date of purchase.

The number portability service is provided within 24 hours.

Before porting a number, you need to check:

1) if there are any debts and obligations on the ported number,

2) is your passport data up to date,

3) whether 90 days have passed since the last transfer, otherwise the number transfer may be refused.

For subscribers whose numbers have been transferred from other networks, the service `` Subscriber re-registration '', `` SIMiD '', as well as `` Access to services of mobile digital signature infrastructure '' not provided.
