Unlimited Internet package

The packages will grant unlimited Internet traffic.

• No Limit for Social Networks and No Limit for Messengers Packages are included into the subscriber fee for Comfort L, Comfort XL.
• For No Limit For Music, No Limit For YouTube, No Limit For Social Networks, No Limit For Messengers Packages, the traffic will be spent at:
  • downloading or updating applications from Google Play, App Store or Windows Store;
  • transfer to third-party resources;
  • watching videos and listening to audios on third-party resources;
  • when using websites via proxy browsers: Opera Mini, Internet Explorer Mobile, UCWeb Browser etc.; also, with proxy settings on telephone or browser;
  • when using VPN;
  • when using websites on Blackberry smartphones;
  • at direct data exchange between velcom subscribers, using call functions VKontakte;
  • certain application resources downloaded from third-party servers (e.g. live video, cards on Instagram).
• In case of any faults affecting Internet traffic recognition, access to resources may be made with expending the traffic included intothe plan subscriber fee; also, of traffic of 500 MB Comfort, 1 GB Comfort, 3 GB Comfort, Unlimited Internet For 24 Hours, Unlimited Internet Up To 512 Kbps, Unlimited Internet Up To 1 Mbps, Package Unlimited Internet at speeds up to 2 Mbps, if available.
• You can acquire Unlimited Internet For 24 Hours Package both in the process of using the traffic included into the plan and after it has been expended. The service provision period is 24 hours. The service will not be disconnected at the plan change within the lines Comfort, Comfort+, Comfort+ For Business, Comfort S, Comfort M, Comfort L, Comfort XL, SUPER WEB, Light, Light+, Light For Business.
• “Night Unlimited” package is included in the monthly fee of the “Lemon X”.
