Privet is turning into No Overpayments

A1 Unitary Enterprise would like to inform the company subscribers of the upcoming optimization of the archived and currently active tariffs of the Privet line.

 

On September 14, 2021, the Nash Gorodok, Privet, Zemlyaki!, Privet, Kanikuly , Privet, Privet. Internet, Tourist, Privet, Gorodok, Privetik, Vam Dengi and Svyaz bez obyazatelstv archived tariff plans will be deactivated. Subscribers of these tariff plans can change their archived tariffs to any of the currently active Privet tariffs themselves, or switch to the popular Start, No Limits tariffs or the tariff plans of the Comfort line with the help of experts in A1 stores before the indicated date.

 

You can switch to the currently active Privet tariffs using the My A1 app, your user account or via a USSD request (dial *126*8#). To change your archived tariff plan to Start, No Limits or one of the Comfort line tariffs, the holder of the number must visit an A1 store or one of the company dealerships with a passport or other ID. The transfer to a new tariff will be performed free of charge.

 

Moreover, the names of the currently active Privet line tariffs are to be changed as of September 14, 2021.

Subscribers of the No Overpayments tariffs will still be able to fully control their mobile telecommunication expenses: their account balance will never go into the negatives and they can easily manage the available minute, message and Internet traffic bundles in the My A1 application or by sending a USSD-request (dial *126*2#).

 

Furthermore, subscribers of the No Overpayments tariff line will be able to use the new Kopilka service, which allows customer to get cash bonuses for incoming calls from subscribers of other mobile network operators. And subscribers of the No Overpayments. Tourist tariff will get an option to use unlimited mobile Internet without any speed limits.

 

With that, an important amendment is going to be introduced in the terms of service of the No Overpayments tariff line: making calls and using mobile Internet, as well as sending SMS will be possible only if there is an active bundle provided at the subscriber's discretion for a period of either 7, or 30 days. In this regard, it is recommended to replenish the account for an amount equal to or exceeding the cost of the selected service bundle for 7 or 30 days in a timely manner.

 

On September 14, 2021, subscribers of the archived tariffs of the Privet line from among those who have not yet switched to a new tariff on their own accord, as well as subscribers of the currently active Privet. Calls, Privet. Calls + Internet, Privet. Internet+ and Privet. Tourist tariff plans with no active bundles as of September 14, 2021, will be transferred to the Na Svyazi tariff plan without a subscription fee, which is unavailable for new or recurrent subscriptions or subscriber transfers. The Na Svyazi tariff allows the subscribers to use telecommunication services without an added subscription fee while paying for each set-up connection. The cost of 1 minute of a call within the network will amount to 0.0749 rubles, regardless of the city within the Republic of Belarus the call is made to, and 0.1502 rubles per minute for calls to other mobile networks. With that, the Na Svyazi tariff offers an option to activate minute bundles, where the cost of a minute is much lower than the standard pricing: 1 minute of a call within the network in a bundle of 5 or 10 minutes will be 0.031 rubles, or 0.062 ruble per minute in a bundle of 5 minutes to other networks. Kopilka is also available for subscription to subscribers of the locked Na Svyazi tariff plan.

 

The terms of payment for equipment purchased in installments, as well as the terms of service of personal accounts with a negative balance will remain unchanged for the subscribers of the Na Svyazi tariff plan. The new terms for the provision of telecommunication services on tariff plans without a subscription fee will come into effect and will be updated on the A1.by website on September 14, 2021.
