On Introducing Amendments to Service Agreements and procedures for the provision of services

A1 Unitary Enterprise informs about changes introduced into the Fixed Network Service Agreement, Contract on The Provision of Telecommunication Services, as well as a number of other public documents, such as a procedure for subscriber account ownership change, procedure for contract termination, for "Unlimited minutes to all networks" service provision, procedure for the fair traffic use and for the provision of additional services to legal entities. The changes will come into effect on 07/13/2020.
