Extended SMART warranty

One certificate allows to repair a device any number of times within the coverage amount. The warranty period after the repair is 4 months.

Get a certificate for SMART warranty.
A recommended certificate amount is not less than 50% of the total price of a device.
You can use the certificate after a non-warranty maintenance case, in any A1 center. Service period is 12 months.
The repair is carried out at the address Kalvariyskaya, 16, room 221.

The certificate is invalid after the end of an effective period, and the cost is NOT reimbursed.
The damaged devices are accepted in all A1 centers. To hand in a device for repair, you will need a SMART warranty certificate and a warranty certificate.
Reparation is possible for the following types of damage:

display module change ( liquid-crystal or touch-sensitive display) after a mechanical or water damage;
liquid-crystal display change after a mechanical or water damage;
touch-sensitive display change after a mechanical or water damage;
camera change after a mechanical or water damage;
change of a polyphonic or sound speaker after a mechanical or water damage;
change of a microphone after a mechanical or water damage;
change, cleaning charger connector after a mechanical or water damage;
change of corpus details with a mechanical damage (splits and cracks);
change of battery after water damage;
recovery after water damage;
SWAP change after a mechanical damage (e.g. after a microsplit).

The certificate is valid only during the effective period. In case there are no claims within the effective period, the cost is not reimbursed.

You may get a certificate only when you buy a phone or a tablet.

A1 customers, both private and business, who purchased a device in A1 centers or in E-shop.
