A1 Introduces Optional Down Payment on Instalment Purchases and Updates Its Public Documents

Starting from 7 October 2025, when making instalment purchases at A1 retail stores, customers will be able to make any amount of optional down payment to be counted towards the total price of the purchased product/accessory.

Due to these changes, A1 is updating some of its public documents on 7 October 2025. To see the updated documents, click the links below:

• Provision of products eligible for installments to individuals;
• Provision of non-terminal equipment eligible for installments;
• Provision of non-terminal equipment eligible for installments to clients using A1 landline phone services;
• Provision of accessories eligible for installments;
• Provision of products eligible for installments to clients using prepaid subscription plans.
