A1 Expands Virtual ATS and Terminates CRM Integration
A1 is launching new services as part of its "Virtual ATS" service. The company is also terminating its "CRM integration" service on 30 June 2025.
As part of its "Virtual ATS" service, A1 now offers new exciting services, including amoCRM Integration, Bitrix24 Integration, and Dual-Channel Recording. The Dual-Channel Recording service allows you to stereo-record your phone calls, with each conversation partner recoded on an individual channel. The new format greatly facilitates phone call analysis, especially when using voice recognition and automatic quality control systems. Finding important parts of the conversation and conducting a detailed analysis of customer interactions has never been easier! Please note that using the "Dual-Channel Recording" service requires a good deal of storage space for recordings.
On top of that, A1 is terminating its CRM integration service on 30 June 2025. Before the above date, users can disable the service in their Virtual ATS personal account. Alternatively, starting from 30 June, you can sign up for the "amoCRM Integration" or "Bitrix24 Integration" service by submitting a request from your certified email address to legal@a1.by. If you haven't disabled CRM Integration or subscribed to one of the two new services before the above date, you'll be automatically switched to a new service as follows:
"CRM Integration" service as of 30.06.2025 | New integration service starting from 30.06.2025 |
|---|---|
"CRM Integration" users with amoCRM technical settings | "amoCRM Integration" service |
"CRM Integration" users with Bitrix24 technical settings | "Bitrix24 Integration" service |
"CRM Integration" users with no technical settings | "Bitrix24 Integration" service |
Subscription fee for Bitrix24 Integration and amoCRM Integration will be the same as the fee for the "CRM Integration" service.
Due to the above changes, A1 is updating some of its public documents. The updated versions are available below:
"Provision of Virtual ATS service".
Dear users, please note that the previously announced changes cannot be implemented within the specified timeframes, and therefore the provision of the "CRM Integration" service will continue under the same conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
