Customers can use the service via access numbers 8-602-601-ххх (where ххх – stands for numbers from 201 to 999); 8-602-602-ххх (where ххх — stands for numbers from 300 to 599); 8-602-609-ххх (where ххх – stands for numbers from 500 to 999), short numbers 7307 and 7602.
You can log in in Znakomstva (create profile) and specify all requirements to your futures contacts (hight, weight, age, education, location). After login, a customer gets an ID and a code word, to secure his profile. After login a customer gets personal voicemail, which can be accessed 24/7 through the call-center.
ПA customer can access his voicemail through the call-center. A call-center specialist will scan through the user database and select the profiles the customer likes, so that the customer could send a text or a voicemessage, without specifying contact details, since it is not allowed by the legislation of Belarus before a customer signs a mediation contract with Znakomstva service.
The contract is forwarded by mail via recorded delivery. There are two copies of the contract and an envelope with post stamps to send back the second copy of the contract to SP ZAO "TelecallInfo". A contract can be signed in Znakomstva office. After contract conclusion, users can exchange contact details (phone, address) and call each other directly.
During the communication in the service, it is forbidden to spread the ideas of terrorism, violence, drugs, racial or inter-ethnic discrimination.
The service is available to customers after 18 years old. If an underaged customer tries to access the service, the operator informs them about the restriction and ends the call forcefully. An operator reserves the right to block acces to the service for some users, without explaining the reasons for blocking.
