With melofon you can:

  • set favourite music or an audiofile instead of standard tones
  • order a melody or a whole package at a special price
  • set a default melody
  • create a personal tracklist
  • enable or disable Jukebox function
  • order tracks for friends (provided thay are A1 customers connected to Melofon)
  • order a track for a couple (provided they are A1 customers connected to Melofon)
  • set a melody instead of tones for outgoing calls

When the service is activated, a default A1 melody will be applied for your number, everybody who calls you, will hear it instead of standard tones.
You can change a default melody to a melody from a catalogue or your own melody or a voice message. To apply melodies, use one of the following ways:

  • call to 424 voice menu;
  • go to;
  • via USSD *424#call key;
  • send an SMS request to 424 (see a list of commads below).

New Melofon users and customers who canceled Melofon subscription more than 30 days ago and enabled it again, can:

  • use melofon free of charge for 30 days (including activation day). If a customer disables Melofon within this period and enables it before 30 days period expires, it is still free of charge till the rest of 30-day period.
  • load an audio file to a personal tracklist for free.

The content of the loaded audiofile should comply to the requirements of Belarussian legislation. The customer is fully resposible for the content of the audiofile according to Belarissian legislation.

The service is available to all A1 customers.

How to activate/deactivate the service:

  • via USSD *424#call key;
  • call to 424 voice menu;
  • send an text with the word RBTON to 424;
  • login at and follow the instructions.
