Change your Plan

Change your Plan service permits to find another plan corresponding to your current needs.

You can change your plan any day of the month.
A transfer to another plan is possible if balance contains an amount sufficient for charge. The services cannot be fully or partially blocked after you have applied for a plan change.

The first plan change in the current calendar month with regular payment decrease is charged, and the one with regular payment rise it is free of charge.
The second and further plan changes are always charged no matter whether your regular payment increases or not.
Exception: change to Pensionniy and to/from Sotsialniy plans is always free of charge.

Only one change of the tariff plan is allowed per day. It is not possible to change the current tariff plan to a tariff plan that is not connected to, as well as to prepaid tariffs. Changing the tariff plan of subscribers-individuals towards lowering the subscription fee, as well as to "Social" and "Pension" is carried out in A1 stores and points of sale and service of A1 official dealers.

The service is available to all A1 customers except for prepaid tariffs customers.

You can change your plan:

  • on a1.by;
  • via USSD *141*3*4#call key (for smartphone users is not available);
  • via My A1 (if applicable);
  • via My A1;
  • in A1 centers (personal application with the passport is required).
