You can pause mobile network services. It comes in handy, if you are not going to use your phone for a while, e.g. when you are out of the country.

On the date of Pause activation, regular payment and additional services with daily charges are paid according to the current plan irrespective of Pause.
Starting from the next day after activation, 50% of plan regular payment is charged. If a plan regular payment is charged on special offer terms, 50% of the promotional regular payment is charged.
Additional services are not charged starting from the next day after the activation.

The service is provided to all A1 customers (except for Bisiness Class, Videosurveillance, Sputnikoviy Monitoring and prepaid tariffs ).

How to activate/deactivate

  • via USSD *141*3*5#call key;
  • via My A1;
  • call to 150;
  • via My A1;
  • in A1 centers (you'll need to provide an ID or an Access code);
  • in dealer sales points (you'll need to provide an ID);
  • call to an inquiry line (you'll need to provide an Access Code).
