                  Detailed information

                  To use the service in A1 network you will need:

                  • a device supporting GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSPA/HSPA+. Look in our E-shop for phones, tablets and modems;
                  • to activate Internet Access ;
                  • to set up yout phone or modem.

                   

                  • Internet Access is available for new customers upon contract conclusion and for active customers (if the service has been deactivated), upon activation of a data package or plan change.
                  • Data packages are changed automatically within 24 hours provided your SIM is active and has a positive balance amount.

                  Until the package is actually changed, monthly payment and data use are charged according to the initial plan rates.

                  • After termination or package change the unused data is cancelled.
                  • New PRIVET customers have Internet Access by default and it is charged according to current rates.

                  The service is available for all A1 customers.

                  How to activate/change a data package:
                  500 MB, 1GB, Turboknopka - 10 GB packages (you can buy extra data only after you use up data included in your plan or another package) and Unlimited Data or Unlimited Data for 24 Hours:

                  • at a1.by;
                  • via a USSD *135*7# call key;
                  • via My A1.

                  Other packages:

                  • via USSD*135*1# call key;
                  • via My A1;
                  • make a call to 411 inquiry line;
                  • in A1 centers or in dealer sales points (you'll need to provide your ID). PRIVET customers can activate packages:
                  • via USSD *126*1# call key.
                  • the service is displayed as "МобиНет";
                  • via My A1.

                  How to deactivate a data package:
                  Unlimited data for 24 hours, 500 MB, 1GB, Turboknopka - 10 GB packages are deactivated automatically at the end of the active period. 500 MB, 1GB, Turboknopka - 10 GB packages - are deactivated at 23:59 of the last day of data provision period.

                  Unlimited Data package:

                  • via USSD *135*7# call key;
                  • via My A1;
                  • in A1 centers or in dealers sales points(you'll need to provide your ID or Access Code);

                  Other packages:

                  • via USSD *135*1# call key;
                  • via My A1;
                  • make a call to 411;
                  • in A1 centers or in dealers sales points(you'll need to provide your ID or Access Code);
                  • make a call to A1 inquiry service, based on your Access Code.

                  A1 customers can check the remaining data
                  For 500 MB, 1GB, Turboknopka - 10 GB packages:

                  • via USSD *100*1# call key;
                  • via My A1 (if applicable).

                  Other packages:

                  • via *100*1# call key;
                  • via My A1 (if applicable);
                  • make a call to ACCA 411-1-2.

                  A1 customers can check a package expiration date: 500 MB, 1 GB packages:

                  • via a USSD *141*2*3# call key;
                  • via My A1.

                  Other packages:

                  • via a USSD *135*3*2# call key;
                  • via My A1.

                  PRIVET customers can request settings for their phones:

                  • via a USSD *126*0# call key.
                  • the service is displayed as "МобиНет";
