The Internet in Russia internet traffic is available to subscribers who are legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, or individuals using tariff plans with a monthly fee, except for tariffs under the «Telemetry» category.
The Internet in Russia traffic is activated automatically if the subscriber has the «Mobile Internet» («Internet for Tariff Plan») service enabled, along with «International Roaming» or SMS Roaming. The traffic is consumed within partner operator networks in the Russian Federation.
The Internet in Russia traffic is valid for 30 days from the first internet session in partner roaming networks. After 10 GB is used up, additional traffic is charged at roaming rates.
Any unused data is reset to zero at 23:59:59 on the last day of the validity period.

The cost of internet traffic of Internet in Russia is charged incrementally at the start of each new interval. The final cost depends on the total consumed traffic. The service includes 10 intervals, each with 1 GB of traffic.

- The Internet in Russia internet traffic is not consumed for sending/receiving MMS or when using corporate access points (APN). Sessions for MMS or via corporate APN are charged at roaming rates.
- If the subscriber has roaming packages ("Roaming TOP 1 GB", "Roaming TOP 5 GB", "Roaming TOP 1 GB (Business)", "Roaming TOP 5 GB (Business)", "Roaming 500 MB", "Roaming 1.5 GB", "Roaming 3 GB", or their business versions), the Internet in Russia traffic is consumed only after the included roaming volume is exhausted or after the package expires.
- Billing for Internet in Russia traffic is calculated per 10 KB or 50 KB, depending on the subscriber’s tariff plan.
- Internet in Russia traffic is not consumed within the A1 network.
- The company is not responsible for the quality of service or coverage area of partner operators in the Russian Federation.
