Call Waiting/Call Hold

A customer can answer an incoming call without ending the first call and change lines talking to both callers in turn. To change lines, press a special key depending on your phone (refer to a user-guide). This way, several call lines can be supported.

If one caller puts the other on hold, the latter will hear a melody. You cannot turn it off.

The service is available to all A1 customers.

How to activate:

  • via USSD *43# call key;
  • in your phone menu.
New A1 and PRIVET customers have a call hold mode by default.
To check if a call hold mode is active, make a request *43#call key.
To deactivate, send *43#call key.
