Call Back

You can send a text message asking to call you back, even if your outgoing calls are disabled.

The customer required to call back will receive an SMS: Абонент +375АВХХХХХХХ просит Вас перезвонить ему. Ваш A1. (Subscriber +375АВХХХХХХХ is requesting a call back. Yours sincerely, A1.)

The Call back service is available for all A1 customers, with outgoing call and SMS blocked.
Incoming calls should be available.

You can use the service anywhere in A1 coverage area. The service is not available in roaming.
The maximum number of Call back USSD requests per 24 hours:

  • for A1 customers - 5;
  • for PRIVET customers - 2.
