- the cost of the used device bought back from the customer is used as a loan for the purchase of a new one. The cost of the used device is not paid to the customer;
- in case of purchase of a new device under the Trade-In program, discounts on promotions with the use of a promo code do not apply;
- in case of purchase of a new device under the Trade-In program, discounts on promotions in the form of cashback are not provided;
- if you trade in 1 used device, you can take only 1 new device in installments/at a discount. These operations are performed simultaneously in one sales and service center or digital service center;
- the accepted used device cannot be returned to the customer (after signing the purchase agreement, the used device belongs to the Partner);
- the maximum offset amount cannot exceed 99.9% of the cost of new goods;
- assessment of the value of the used device is carried out in the Partner's program;
- the Extended SMART Warranty for the new device is available (except for subscribers of "No Overpayments" tariffs).
