Starting November 1, subscribers of tariff plans Social, Pension and Victory will have reduced cost of Internet access. The fee per 1 MB of Internet traffic under these tariffs will be 0.01 rubles, VAT included, instead of 0.1577 rubles for the tariff plans Social and Pension, and 0.0525 rubles for the tariff plan Victory. Billing on these tariffs is carried out by 1 Kb.
