On amendments to the service terms and conditions for some A1 fixed communication tariff plans

A1, a provider of telecom, ICT and content services, notifies about the transfer to the archive and changes introduces into the terms of service for some fixed-line tariff plans, as well as changes in the provision of cable TV services in the city of Molodechno as of March 20, 2024. The changes will affect clients from among private and legal entities, as well as private entrepreneurs subscribed at addresses provided in the list available at the link. Furthermore, changes are being made to some public procedures for the provision of services under the fixed-line network contract as of the stated date. Thus, starting from March 20, 2024, the following Home Internet and TV tariffs for private entities are going to be archived: MEGA Bit, MEGA Hit, MEGA Max. Clients subscribed to these tariff plans are given the opportunity to get transferred to one of the currently available tariff plans.

 

Starting from March 20, 2024, modifications are being made to the services offered on some archived tariff plans:

 

- provided to private entities (Tvin line, All Inclusive, Internet + Interactive TV, MEGA Bit, MEGA Bit + cable TV, etc.) will be terminated. Users will be transferred to the MEGA, and TV Broadcasting tariff plans depending on the relevant service package of the archival offer. At the same time, the speed of Home Internet and the set of additional services for the subscribers will be significantly increased. And special subscription fee discounts will be provided as a bonus to customers subscribing to the new tariff plans.

- provided to legal entities and private entrepreneurs subscribed to the archived Business Internet (Ultimate) will be terminated. Subscribers will be transferred to the Internet for Office 50 tariff, and additional Round-The-Clock Speed and VOKA TV Basic services will be provided at special discounts on subscription fees.

 

The MEGA Max 2.0 tariff plan of the MEGA line for private entities is the tariff subscribers of archived tariff plans are going to be transferred to. It includes Home Internet at a speed of up to 100 Mbps, movies, TV series and TV channels, as well as an option to subscribe to a mobile number with unlimited Internet and unlimited minutes to all networks. Moreover, subscribers of the MEGA Max 2.0 tariff will get an extra option of subscribing to a second mobile number with unlimited Internet and unlimited minutes to all networks. The users of archival tariff plans with TV channels included will be able to watch them via the VOKA video service, available as part of new tariff offers, along with the VOKA video service. At the same time, cable TV will be provided to subscribers as a bonus, without any extra fee. The cable television broadcast will be continued within the Extended KTV 6 digital TV tariff plan.

 

The provision of equipment will be governed by the terms of the new tariff plans. The Wi-Fi routers and TV-tuners issued and used by subscribers at the moment of transition will be retained by the customers for further use.

Starting from March 20, 2024, clients registered at addresses given in the list will be serviced in accordance with the current tariff plans and services.

 

Besides, the procedure for rendering certain services will change from March 20, 2024:

– Pause (temporary suspension of Internet access).

– The cost of switching to a lower cost tariff plan will amount to 3 rubles and 30 kopecks + VAT.

Pledge payment (an option to keep using telecommunication services even with a negative balance and/or an unpaid most recent bill for private entities).

 

Beginning from March 20, 2024, the additional Smart Notification service will be discontinued. Customers will receive notifications in relation to the Fixed Communication Service Agreement by SMS notification as part of their tariff plans. The procedure of payment for communication services will also change as of the stated date. A charged bill shall be paid until the 15th of each month for the preceding period (i.e., upon service delivery).

 

Starting from March 20, 2024, certain additional changes in service will come into force:

The services will be available from 20.03.2024 and will provide access to the Client Number information, the tariff plan and services, and to viewing the flow of funds and the current balance.

My А1 can be downloaded from the application store of your device (in Google Play, App Store, AppGallery). The new Personal Account will be available at https://myaccount.a1.by/login (Home and office Internet tab). To enter, use your Client Number as a username; the password remains unchanged.

The Client Number is used to access the My A1 application, the Personal Account and to pay for services. Please note that the Client Number will be changed from 20.03.2024. You can browse through the list of changed Client Numbers by clicking the link.

From 20.03.2024 on, payments must be made using the SSIS by any means convenient: Internet banking, mobile banking, ATMs, self-service kiosks, PPC, Belpochta RUE.

By continuing to use telecommunication services after 20.03.2024, you accept the aforementioned changes.

Please do not make payments between 19.03.2024 and 20.03.2024, to prevent possible issues with incorrect payments.

Please note that, from 19.03.2024 until 20.03.2024, it will not be possible to manage the "Pause" service and to change the ownership of or terminate the Agreement, change the tariff plan and to manage VOKA subscriptions.
