On amendments to the service terms and conditions for certain A1 fixed communication tariff plans in Molodechno

A1, a provider of telecommunications, ICT and content services, would like to inform its clients about changed service terms and conditions for certain fixed communication tariff plans for individuals, and for cable TV services in Molodechno activated at the addresses stated on the list available at the link.

 

Beginning from 20 February 2024, some archived tariff plans for individuals (Tvin, All Inclusive, Internet+Interactive TV lines etc.) will be discontinued. Users will be transferred to the MEGA, and TV Broadcasting tariff plans depending on the relevant service package of the archival offer. At the same time, the speed of home internet and the set of additional services for the subscribers will be significantly increased.

 

Special subscription fee discounts will be provided as a bonus to customers on new tariff plans.

 

The flagship tariff plan MEGA Max of the MEGA line, to which the users of the archival tariff plans for home internet and TV are being transferred, includes the possibility to activate one free of charge mobile number with unlimited internet access and an unlimited number of minutes for calls to all networks. Information about how to use the special offer is shown in a video instruction.

 

The users of archival tariff plans with TV channels included will be able to watch them at the VOKA video service, available as part of new tariff offers together with the VOKA video service. At the same time, cable TV will be provided to them as a bonus, without any additional fee.

 

From 20.02.2024 on, broadcasting of cable television will be continued as part of the digital television tariff plan Planet-Basic, which, from that date on, will be renamed as Extended KTV 6.

 

The provision of equipment will be governed by the terms of the new tariff plans.

 

The Wi-Fi routers and set-top boxes issued that are used by the subscribers at the moment of transition, will be retained by the customers for further use.

Beginning from 20/02/2024, customers residing at the addresses from the list will be served in the framework of the Procedure for the Provision of Current Tariff Plans to Physical Persons.

 

Besides, the procedure for rendering certain services will change from 20/02/2024:

"Pause" (suspension of Internet access).

– the price of transition to a less expensive tariff plan will be 3 rubles 30 kopecks including VAT.

"Pledge Payment" (possibility to continue using communication services when there is a balance debt and/or the last regular bill is overdue).

 

Beginning from 20.02.2024, the additional service "Smart Notification" will be discontinued. Customers will receive notifications in relation to the Fixed Communication Service Agreement by SMS notification as part of their tariff plans. The procedure of payment for communication services will also change from the said date. A charged bill shall be paid until the 15th day of each month for the preceding period (i.e., upon service delivery).

 

Starting from 20.02.2024, certain additional changes in service will come into force:

— My A1 application, Personal Account.

The services will be available from 20.02.2024 and will provide access to the Client Number information, the tariff plan and services, and to viewing the flow of funds and the current balance.

My А1 can be downloaded from the application store of your device (in Google Play, App Store, AppGallery).

The new Personal Account will be available at my.A1.by (Home and office Internet tab).

To enter, use your Client Number as a username; the password remains unchanged.

— Client Number

The Client Number is used to access the My A1 application, the Personal Account and to pay for services. Please note that the Client Number will be changed from 20.02.2024. You can browse through the list of changed Client Numbers by clicking the link.

— Payment methods for individuals From 20.02.2024 on, payments must be made using the SSIS by any means convenient: Internet banking, mobile banking, ATMs, self-service kiosks, PPC, Belpochta RUE.

Please do not make payments between 19.02.2024 and 20.02.2024, to prevent possible issues with incorrect payments.

— Restrictions on operation execution

Please note that, from 19.02.2024 until 20.02.2024, it will not be possible to manage the "Pause" service and to change the ownership of or terminate the Agreement, change the tariff plan and to manage VOKA subscriptions.
