On introducing amendments to the procedure for the invoice delivery to legal entities

A1 Unitary Enterprise informs about amendments introduced to the Contract on the Provision of Telecommunication Services and the Fixed-Line Telephony Service Agreement. Thus, from August 6, 2021, a monthly one-time fee is introduced for the delivery of invoices to a postal address (delivery method: Minsk/RB Postal Service) for subscribers from among legal entities. The cost of an itemized invoice delivery by mail will amount to 4.68 rubles, or 2.60 rubles for an invoice without the itemization of calls. If the subscriber enabled two methods of invoice delivery, i.e. via e-mail and Minsk/RB Postal Service, and has a Call Itemization service subscription, the itemized invoice will be delivered via e-mail only.

The bills sent to the e-mail address fully comply with the reporting standards and regulatory acts of the Republic of Belarus. In keeping with the principles of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), using e-mail as the primary delivery method enables sustainable use of natural resources. At present, 86.4% of A1 subscribers from among legal entities receive invoices in electronic form already.
