Private Customers / Business Customers
The telecom, ICT and content service provider A1 informs about amendments in the following Mobile Communication Service Provision Procedures with effect from March 30, 2023:
- Procedure for the provision of services under the current mobile communication tariff plans.
- Procedure for the provision of the "Voice mail" service.
Besides that, since March 7, 2023, there will be amendments in the terms of provision of the "Static public IP-address" service for individual subscribers. The new terms and conditions are available here.
