A1 Expands Virtual PBX Service and Terminates CRM Integration Service

On 25 November 2025, A1 will launch a new "Virtual PBX" service and terminate the "CRM Integration" service.

As part of "Virtual PBX", A1 now offers new exciting services, including amoCRM Integration, Bitrix24 Integration, and Dual-Channel Recording. The "Dual-Channel Recording" service allows you to stereo-record your phone calls, with each conversation partner recoded on an individual channel. The new format greatly facilitates phone call analysis, especially when using voice recognition and automatic quality control systems. Finding important parts of the conversation and conducting a detailed analysis of customer interactions has never been easier! Please note that using the "Dual-Channel Recording" service requires a good deal of storage space for recordings.

What's more, starting from 25 November 2025, both new and existing users of the "Virtual PBX" service will be able to make 4G calls.

At the same time, the "CRM Integration" service will be no longer available starting from 25 November 2025. Before the aforementioned date, users can disable the service in their Virtual PBX personal account or send a request from their verified email address to legal@a1.by to activate the "amoCRM Integration" or "Bitrix24 Integration" service starting from 25 November, 2025. If you haven't disabled the "CRM Integration" service or subscribed to one of the two new services before 25 November 2025, you'll be automatically switched to a new service as follows:

Subscription fee for "Bitrix24 Integration" and "amoCRM Integration" will be the same as the fee for the "CRM Integration" service.
