About Company

A1 continues to expand its 4G network all over the country. This time, the total of 14 cities and towns saw the 4G improvement, including Brest, Minsk, Mogilev, Baranovichi, Gorki, David-Gorodok, Oshmyany, Bobruisk, Krupki, Zhitkovichi, Stolin, Osipovichi, Kirovsk, and Mozyr. On top of that, better services are now available to residents in more than 20 villages and rural settlements in Brest, Minsk, Vitebsk, and Mogilev Regions.

Increased LTE network capacity comes with a bunch of advantages, including a faster and more stable mobile Internet connection which allows users to make the most of modern communication opportunities. Users can watch movies online without having to wait till they load, post heavy-weight content on social media, and make calls easily from any part of the country.

To benefit from high-quality 4G mobile service, you need to do the following:

1. switch to 4G (LTE) in your smartphone settings. Switching to the new communication standard is absolutely free. In the 4G mode, your smartphone will be choosing 4G as its priority network. However, when needed, it may automatically switch back to 3G;

2. enable VoLTE in your smartphone settings to ensure higher quality of voice calls;

3. if your SIM card doesn't support LTE, you should have it replaced with USIM or eSIM. You can do all this for free at any А1 store;

4. if your smartphone doesn't support LTE, you should opt for a newer model which supports 4G/LTE.

To check if your smartphone and SIM card are ready, enter the USSD code *181# and press the Dial key.
