A flagman velcom sales and service centre has been opened in new design in Mogilev!
A new branded sales and service centre with a total area of almost 200 square metres has been opened in Mogilev at 21 Lenin St.!
Mikhail Batranets, Director General of FE “VELCOM”, heads and representatives of the city and district administration, velcom employees, as well as journalists of leading mass-media took part in the ceremony of grand opening.
The new office is favourably located in the centre of Mogilev in a four-storeyed trading complex beside the largest traffic interchange, Ordzhonikidze Square, which makes visiting the centre convenient for residents of all areas of the city.
This velcom sales and service centre is the fifth one, which has a new design on the basis of developments of an Austrian studio. Configuration of office space meets the latest tendencies in merchandising: demonstration show-windows with the newest models of smart phones, as well as Internet equipment from leading manufacturers are located all round. Stylish and ergonomic waiting area also creates maximum convenience for visitors.
To maintain the most convenient service conditions the centre is divided into two working zones: for work with physical persons and corporate clients.
Here, as at other company’s branded centres, visitors can get connected to velcom tariff plans, buy a PRIVET package, receive information on additional services and actions, to purchase smart phones, netbooks and Internet equipment.
Moreover, several methods for payment of mobile services are presented at the branded centre: cash desk of Belarusbank Savings Bank and a self-service terminal (cash-in) of Priorbank Open Joint-Stock Company.
