A branded velcom sales and service centre in Grodno is in a new design!

On May 25 there was a presentation of a new design of velcom sales and service centre in Grodno, located at: 81 Kosmonavtov St. (ALMI shopping centre)! Bright, stylish and light in a European way interior drew visitors’ attention at once, among which there were not only velcom subscribers.

– The new design of the sales centre is a project of an Austrian design studio realized together with velcom according to Telekom Austria Group standards, which meet the requirements of ecological compatibility, modernity and convenience that are uniform for all companies of the group. Each element, whether it is a workplace, furniture, show-windows, a presentation panel or an information desk is a part of the uniform concept which essence consists in rendering the maximum comfort to subscribers and visitors of the velcom sales and service centre, - Robert Dashyan, Deputy Director General for Sales and Subscriber Service of FE "VELCOM", said in his salutatory speech.

The European approach to shops decoration is presented in the sales centre in Grodno, which is based on minimalism and attention to details. Everything is taken into account: from arrangement of workplaces and equipment for them as well as presentation zones to illumination and visitors streams way. There is also a two-sided show-window here, which allows everyone to familiarize with assortment of phones and subscriber equipment without calling at a shop. It is an ideal solution, specially created for the shiest subscribers.

– It is the first branded velcom sales and service centre, realized in a new smart concept. Opening of two more shops is expected very soon. In particular, a presentation of the fifth sales and service centre in Mogilev will take place in a month. We plan to renew about 10 velcom shops till the end of the year, – Robert Dashyan summed up.
