A1 will provide services to subscribers of several providers in Brest
A1, telecom, ICT and content services provider, and Elsat, Elsat TV and Elnet providers has signed an agreement based on which A1 will provide the services to the subscribers of Brest providers from May 16, 2022. This will affect individuals and legal entities that use Internet services with Ethernet technology and cable television.
So, starting from this date, Elsat, Elsat TV and Elnet subscribers will be transferred to A1 tariff plans. The tariff plan will be changed automatically. As a bonus, all subscribers will be provided with special service terms.
Detailed information about changes in service for subscribers of Elsat LLC, Elsat TV LLC and Elnet LLC, which will take effect on May 16, 2022 in connection with the transfer of all rights and obligations under contracts for telecommunications services to Unitary enterprise A1 can be found below, as well as on the websites of providers by clicking here: Elsat, Elsat TV and Elnet.
CHANGES IN THE PROVISION OF CERTAIN SERVICES
From May 16, 2022 the provision of services under the tariffs of Elnet LLC will be terminated, users will be transferred to MEGA tariff plans, which include home Internet and TV. At the same time, the speed of home Internet will significantly increase, as well as the package of additional services provided compared to the previous tariffs of Elnet LLC will be provided.
As a bonus, Elnet LLC individual customers, depending on the previously connected tariff plan, will be given special discounts on the monthly fee for six months, which will allow users to pay MEGA at the cost of the current Elnet tariff. The provision of equipment will be governed by the terms of the new tariff plans.
Wi-Fi routers provided by Elnet LLC as used by subscribers at the time of the transition will remain in the possession of the customers for further use.
From May 16, 2022, digital television will be broadcast on VOKA video service platform. For list of VOKA digital television channels please click here.
Cable TV broadcasting will be continued as part of Basic (Brest) and Advanced (Brest) tariff plans at the cost of the current tariffs of Elsat LLC and Elsat TV LLC.
From May 16, 2022, Pause service (suspension of the Internet access service) will be changed, Static IP-address service will be terminated and direct intranet communication between subscribers, as well as access to DC++, magnet portal, torrent tracker network Wikilink, portal fs.elnet.by and forum.elnet.by will be closed. The cost of switching to a less expensive tariff plan will be 3 rubles, including VAT.
Starting on May 16, 2022, the payment procedure will change. Payment for services should be made by the 15th day of each month for the previous period.
Also, some additional service changes will be launched from May 16, 2022:
MY A1 APP, PERSONAL ACCOUNT
The services will be available from May 17, 2022 and will provide access to information about the status and statistics of the Personal Account, tariff plan and services, view the movement of funds and current balance.
You can download My A1 from the app store on your device (Google Play, App Store, AppGallery).
The new Personal Account will be available at my.A1.by (Internet for home and office tab).
Login - your Personal Account, the password remains the same.
PERSONAL ACCOUNT
Personal Account number is used to access My A1 App, myAlpari and to pay for services. Please note that some individual customers will have their Personal Account number changed as of May 16, 2022. For the list of changed Personal Accounts please click here. If you do not find your Personal Account number in the list, it remains unchanged.
PAYMENT METHODS
From May 16, 2022, the possibility of paying for services through ePay, QIWI, WEBMONEY payment system, as well as through mobile payment services will be suspended.
From 17.05.2022, payments should be made through United Payment and Information Space (ERIP) in any convenient way: Internet banking, mobile banking, ATMs, self-service terminals, call centers, RUE "Belpochta".
To make a payment for Internet access and interactive TV services, you need to select:

Please do not make payments from May 14, 2022 to May 16, 2022 to prevent situations with incorrect crediting of payments.
TRANSACTION LIMITATION
Please note that on May 16, 2022 it will not be possible to manage Pause service, as well as the ability to reissue and terminate the contract, change VOKA tariff plan and manage VOKA subscriptions.

From May 16, 2022 rendering of services at tariffs of Elnet LLC will be terminated, subscribers of legal entities will be transferred to Internet for office tariff plans for business customer of A1.
As a bonus to customers, legal entities, depending on the previously connected tariff plan will be given special discounts for up to six months, which reduce the cost of a new tariff plan to the level of the current tariff of Elnet LLC.
At the same time the speed of Internet for most customers will increase, as well as the package of additional services compared with previous tariffs of Elnet LLC will be provided.
Static IP Address service will continue to be provided to customers who used it previously, and the IP address used will be changed. The Video Surveillance service will continue to be provided by ELNETvideo LLC. The Wi-Fi routers in use by the subscribers at the time of the transition will remain in their possession for further use.

A fee is charged for switching to a less expensive tariff plan. All previous terms and conditions of cable TV provision shall be preserved.
