Updates to Internet Data Packages and Changes to Public Documents

On 1 April 2025, as part of ensuring the required speed, coverage, and quality of mobile telecom services in the Republic of Belarus, А1 is launching a new package, Unlimited Internet up to 5 Mbit/s. The package offers an unlimited amount of Internet data at a faster speed for those who like surfing the Web on the move.

Starting from 1 April 2025, some of the unlimited Internet packages with limited Internet speed will be discontinued and therefore no longer available to both individuals and companies using A1 services. A full list of subscription plans subject to the upcoming changes is available here.

Till the date indicated in the table, users can cancel soon-to-be-terminated packages on their own. Alternatively, users can choose to switch to a different plan with more Internet data. Users, who choose to stick with their current plan, will be switched to the new Unlimited Internet up to 5 Mbit/s package once their old plan is discontinued. For more details, see the table below:

The new service ensures that users do not go over the Internet data cap included in their subscription plan. Users will be able to enjoy a faster connection for a comfortable mobile Internet experience.

Due to the above-mentioned updates, on 1 April 2025, A1 is making changes to some of its public documents. The updated documents are available below:

• Provision of Services under Current Mobile Plans;
• Provision of Services under Archived Plans;
• Provision of "Mobile Internet" Service.
