A1 Changes Terms of Some Services

Starting from 1 December 2025, A1, a provider of telecom, ICT, and content services, will change the cost of the following services:

1. "Corporate Mail";
2. "Managed IS";
3. "Managed IT"; and
4. "Conferencing Software for Businesses, Standard" and "Conferencing Software for Businesses, Enterprise" subscription plans.

Also, starting from 1 December 2025, the following additional services provided within the "Managed IT" service will be archived and become unavailable for new subscriptions:

1. "Support of SIP Terminal Devices";
2. "Installation of Operational Systems/Apps";
3. "Managed IT, Type 1";
4. "Managed IT, Type 2";
5. "Managed IT, Type 3";
6. "Managed IT, Type 4";
7. "Managed IT, Type 5";
8. "SIP Administration Based on Technical Specifications, Type 1";
9. "SIP Administration Based on Technical Specifications, Type 2";
10. "SIP Administration Based on Technical Specifications, Type 3";
