On amendments to the service conditions for WEB.Magistral M tariff plans
A1 terminates the service of WEB.Magistral M, a fixed communication tariff plan line, for legal entities from June 15, 2020 and informs about the new service conditions.
Starting from June 15, 2020, all WEB.Magistral M users will be transferred to similar offers of the current A1 Business Online line and provided with Internet access using the Ethernet technology at the same or higher speed for a comparable subscription fee for the next twelve months.
The users transferred to A1 Business Online will get the opportunity to receive a Wi-Fi router free of charge as a nice bonus. For subscribers of tariff plans with a connection speed of 60 Mbps or more, the router will be equipped with a 3G/4G-supported SIM card, which, if necessary, will automatically switch to the standby communication channel. Therefore, the subscribers can be sure that nothing will interfere with their work and communication will be available 24/7.
In addition, a number of additional services are available to the A1 Business Online subscribers, including IT support for providing technical assistance to clients (both remotely and on-site), as well as the ability to connect home points with mobile and fixed Internet access outside the office to ensure comfortable remote work arrangement from home.
