On the temporary shutdown of several A1 stores

A1 continues to implement its strategy to interact with clients by prioritizing remote sales and service channels.

Starting from April 6, 2020, A1 temporarily shuts down the operation of several company stores:

• Minsk: at Lobanka, 14 and Derjinskogo ave., 104 (Titan shopping mall);
• Pinsk: at Olkhovskih, 10 and Solnechnaya, 57;
• Mogilev: at Gagarina Str., 79;
• Gomel: at Gagarina Str., 65;
• Grodno: at Sovetskaya Str., 25;
• Soligorsk: at Prospect Mira, 32.

As an alternative to visiting stores, A1 offers its subscribers to receive services using their subscriber numbers (change of the tariff plan, connection or disconnection of the necessary services, consultations on charges, etc.) with the help of an online assistant on the A1.by website, in the My A1 application, as well as in the contact center when dialing 150. Moreover, A1 online store will assist customers with the purchase of devices and connection of new SIM-cards with selected tariff plans with home delivery, and the A1 banking application can help pay for the purchases in a contactless manner using a smartphone.
