On Introducing Amendments to the Payment Procedure for Fixed-line Communication Services and to Some Publicly Available Documents

A1, a provider of telecom, ICT, and content services, announced the changes introduced in the payment procedure for prepaid fixed-line communication services for private entities as of April 26, 2024.

Current subscribers of fixed-line tariffs who pay bills upon the provision of services will be transferred to the advance payment procedure in the period from April 26, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

Subscribers will be additionally informed about the implementation of the aforementioned changes via SMS.

Please note that information regarding the status of the current personal account balance is available to subscribers in My A1 application and their Personal Account.
