A1, a provider of telecom, ICT, and content services, informs its customers about changes to some of the public documents, whose revised versions will become effective on December 17, 2024. Due to a company-initiated replacement of dated set-top boxes with newer models, A1 intends to make the respective changes to the Procedure for STB Installation Service. Further changes will be made to the telecommunications services agreement, with the purpose of elaborating the procedure for customer interaction in case of complete termination of services.
