On termination of service provision under archived Internet for Office fixed-line tariff plan and on amendment of public documents

A1, a provider of telecommunications, ICT, and content services, hereby informs its subscribers on termination of service provision under archived Internet for Office fixed-line tariff plan and on amendment of some public documents due to the expansion of the list of routers available for purchase on an installment plan.

Thus, starting from November 1, 2024, as part of update of the tariff offer portfolio, А1 terminates service provision under archived Internet for Office fixed-line tariff plan. Before this date, the subscribers of this tariff plan can switch to any current office offers. This can be done either in the Personal Account (with "Administrator" or "Supervisor" access levels), or on the basis of a standard application, which should be sent to legal@a1.by. However, those subscribers who have not switched to any current tariff plan, starting from November 1, 2024, will be automatically switched to Internet for Office 30 tariff plan.

In addition, starting from October 21, 2024, the list of routers available for purchase on an installment plan will be expanded for individuals. In this context, the Procedure for the Provision of Non-Terminal Equipment to Customers on an Installment Plan as Part of the Contract on the Provision of Fixed-Line Communication Services will be amended.
