On the provision of remote A1 technical support

A1 Unitary Enterprise informs about modifications introduced in the Procedure for the operation of remote A1 visual technical support and its renaming into the Procedure for the provision of remote A1 technical support.

 

The changes will come into effect on 08/03/2020 and are aimed at improving the customer service by introducing an option to utilize the remote technical support for A1 fixed Internet subscribers whose routers support the TR-069 protocol. That way, when a client contacts the technical support, the designated experts of the company will be able to remotely access the client's equipment in order to perform its diagnostics and configuration.
