On the compensation to A1 subscribers due to the limitations of mobile Internet in Minsk in August 2020

Due to the limitations on the operation of mobile Internet in Minsk on August 23, 26 and 30, 2020 (overall downtime 6h 16min), related to the fulfillment of the orders of authorized state bodies and arising from reasons beyond the control of the company, A1 management decided to compensate mobile subscribers (individuals and legal entities) according to the following algorithm:

  1. Mobile subscribers (individuals) using tariffs with a monthly fee of up to 15.00 rubles per month, compensation will be provided with a free package of Internet traffic of 500 MB for 30 days of use
  2. Mobile subscribers (individuals) using tariffs with a monthly fee over 15.00 rubles. per month, compensation will be provided with a free 1 GB Internet traffic package for 30 days of use
  3. Data users with Internet packages/tariffs (individuals) regardless of volume and speed will be compensated in the amount of 50% of the daily package cost/monthly subscription fee
  4. “Bez Limita” subscribers (individuals) will be compensated with a free package of 50 minutes call to all networks for 30 days of use
  5. Mobile subscribers (legal) will be provided with compensation on tariff plans with the volume of included traffic from 500 MB to 9 GB – in the amount of 30% of the daily subscription fee for 1 day of service unavailability; on tariff plans with the volume of included traffic from 10 GB – in the amount of 50% of the daily subscription fee for one day of service unavailability; mobile Internet subscribers using tariffs/paid Internet packages, the subscription fee/package price of which includes only Internet traffic regardless of the volume and speed – in the amount of 100% of the daily subscription fee/package cost for one day of service unavailability.

Adjustments of subscription fees to individual subscribers by crediting to the balance will be carried out automatically within 10 calendar days in accordance with the described algorithm, about which subscribers will receive corresponding SMS notifications.

 

Adjustments of subscription fees for subscribers to legal entities will be carried out automatically and will be taken into account in the bill for September.
