In touch with clients: A1 launches "Smart-sender" service

A1 launches a special service, "Smart-sender", for businesses, which will allow individual entrepreneurs and legal entities to send messages to their customers via Viber and SMS from a single and secure platform.

With the new service from A1, you can schedule and control the speed of mailings, download and send data in different formats of texts, tables and images, view the delivery status of messages and statistics online, set up clickable links to relevant sites, get answers from subscribers or do large-scale advertising and transactional mailings.

The most popular types of mailings for the Belarusian market are available to the platform users: SMS, Viber, Viber+SMS - depending on the purpose of the mailing and the nature of communication with the client. SMS can be sent to the networks of all operators in Belarus, as well as in other countries. And in case the message was not delivered via Viber channel, it is possible to configure the platform in such a way that the subscriber will receive it as an SMS.

Beauty salons, cafes, restaurants, sports centers, insurance companies, cab services, banks, retail chains, hypermarkets, medical and government agencies - the service will be useful for anyone who needs to attract additional customers, as well as inform the existing ones about the new goods, promotions, bonuses or discounts.

Each user of the platform receives an SMS channel from A1 and an official channel in Viber, and can also register the alphanumeric name of their organization or service so that the subscriber knows who the message came from. The service operates on the basis of data center A1, so all data is protected in accordance with international security standards.

Subscribers of A1 with any tariff plan for a legal entity (except for Data Transfer and Telemetry tariff plans) can use the services of the mailing platform. Connection is free - you only need to apply at the A1 shops or send it to the e-mail address Legal@a1.by. Payment is charged for the mailing itself - from 0.019 to 0.035 rubles per message. Funds are deducted from the subscriber's personal account.
