“Soul”, the best animated film of the year, was translated into Belarusian language for VOKA

VOKA video service has released the online premiere of the animated film “Soul”, where Disney characters spoke in Belarusian language. Kinakong made the new official dubbing by VOKA's request.

“Soul” is a new film by Pete Docter, the moviemaker of such famous cartoons as “Up” and “Inside Out”, concerning the way to breathe every minute, enjoy the little things and not exhaust yourself in the pursuit of a mythical dream. The story of Joe Gardner, a jazz pianist who tries to return into his body from the Soul Workshop and achieve his dream of playing in a club after an accident, has captured the hearts of viewers around the world.

This year, the “Soul” by Pixar and Disney studios, won the Academy Award in two categories – as the Best Animated Film and as the Best Original Score.

Evgeny Perlin, Svetlana Timokhina, Natalia Kot-Kuzma, Yulia Shpilevskaya and others took part in the recording of the official dubbing of the “Soul” in Belarusian language. Disney approved the actors for voicing the main roles. VOKA audience will be able to hear and see the characters, who talk with their voices, right now.

The “Soul” will expand the section of the video service “Films in Belarusian-CINEVOKA” (Кіно па-беларуску – CINEVOKA), where you can also find animated films with a new sound track, such as “Up”, “Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea” and “The Secret of Kells”. The audience of the video service can also watch not only animated and theatrical films, but also TV series in the section “CINEVOKA – Series in Belarusian language” (CINEVOKA – Серыялы па-беларуску) with the Belarusian dubbing.

The cartoon "Soul" in Belarusian dubbing is available on the platform for unlimited viewing for 9.90 rubles or 6.90 rubles with access for 30 days.
