Teleconferencing for business: A1 launched a service for remote communication organization

A1 introduced a new conference calling service as part of the Remote Office package offer. The service for unified communications system establishment for legal entities is based on Microsoft Skype for Business and will allow for remote control of business processes and effective communication within a distributed team. The service is available to subscribers of the two new service plans: Conference Calling for Business Standard and Conference Calling for Business Enterprise.

Providing employees with additional means of communication and remote access to the necessary data is an important task both for large and small companies during the COVID-19 pandemic. With that in mind, A1 Enterprise is working on a constant update of the list of services for effective remote operation.

The new service within the Remote Office package is a corporate service for remote communications based on Microsoft Skype for Business. Essentially, everything required for the functioning of the system is located on the servers of the A1 data center, ensuring the security of any data exchange, as well as reliability and stable operation of the system. The service package of the Conference Call for Business Standard tariff plan includes an option to exchange files and instant messages, organize group chats, use computer-integrated telephony and video communications between personal computers and mobile devices. For subscribers of the Conference Call for Business Enterprise tariff plan there is also an option to hold video conferences with shared access to the computer desktop.

The main advantages of this service are the efficient scaling and charging only for the required number of users. At the same time, you can add new service users or delete existing ones with a simple e-mail request.

To organize a full-fledged workflow in a remote mode, users only need to install client software on their devices, as well as have a microphone and speakers or headphones for sound transmission and playback.

Clients will be able to use this service for free for the first month. After that, the monthly subscription fee for subscribers of the Conference Call for Business Standard service plan will amount to 5.5 rubles; for subscribers of the Conference Call for Business Enterprise service plan it will amount to 19 rubles per month.
