A1 Becomes "New Approach" Winner at HR Brand Award 2024
A1 has been announced winner in the "New Approach" category at the HR Brand Award 2024. The award ceremony took place on 9 April 2025.
The award went to "Training the King of Sales!", a unique grading and career growth program aiming to attract and grow active sales specialists.
The project's enhanced functionalities allow candidates to get accustomed to sales in a comfortable way and move up the career ladder. The program offers great money-making opportunities and encourages employees to grow their skills by stepping from one level to another. As a result, budding specialists have a chance to build a strong career in a major international company and earn a good income from the start.
