"My A1" Gets Major Upgrade: Finances, Mobile Services, and Purchases

The My A1 mobile app has gotten an impressive overhaul. Now, along with managing your mobile and Internet services, you can also organise your finances. Check out the new A1 Wallet and A1 Pay financial services!

 

The My A1 app as a one-stop finance tool that saves both your time and money. Manage your mobile and financial services all in one place!

 

Meet A1 Pay, your new financial assistant. You can find it in the lower menu bar along with some new sections:

  • "Mobile Payments" tool allows you to pay for products and services and top up your virtual A1 banking card using your phone credit. If your subscription plan is not a pre-paid one, you can use an advance of up to 50 BYN. On top of that, you can benefit from a 30-day trial period to test the service.
  • Before the upgrade, the А1 Wallet lineup of services was only available in the A1 banking app. Now А1 clients can use it to pay for 80,000+ products and services via ERIP (Unified Payment and Information Medium) and use an advance of up to 400 BYN to top up their virtual А1 banking card.

 

To access A1 Pay, you need to sign up and generate a password (or enable biometric authentication).

 

"We're working incessantly to expand the range of services and solutions available to our clients. Adding financial services to the My A1 app is a logical step that saves people's most valuable asset, time," points out Yuri Levdansky, Senior Director for Commerce at A1.

 

With the My А1 app, you can:

  • check your current phone numbers and accounts, track your minutes and Internet data, check your phone credit, and manage your subscription plans, services and finances via A1 Pay;
  • add, along with your own phone numbers, the numbers of your loved ones to manage their services remotely;
  • monitor your purchases at the A1 online store including the status of current orders and the history of past purchases;
