ESG

On 22 September, A1 will join the urban eco-initiative "Car-Free Day. Belarus Stands For Clean Air" to draw attention to the International Car-Free Day. The event will take place near Sports Palace from 15:00 to 19:00. Admission is free.

Dedicated to following its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy, A1 has been consistently focused on enhancing environmental consciousness and minimising harmful environmental effects through simple day-to-day eco habits.

A day before the initiative, car owners in Minsk will get text messages inviting them not to use their car the next day. Near Sports Palace, A1 will arrange an exciting sticker bombing activity where everyone will get a chance to create a unique bicycle design by using custom stickers.

Plus, there will be an express bicycle inspection. At 17:00, the event will continue with a concert. The initiative is organised by Minsk City Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
