To celebrate the World Children's Day on 20 November, A1 joined efforts with the Belarusian Children's Fund and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to launch the second season of the You Online Club of Responsible Influencers. The initiative is aimed at increasing awareness of responsible influence across social media and create a safe digital environment.

Encouraged by the success of the first season that came to an end in May 2025, this time the Club will focus on promoting the culture of digital parenthood and building trust between parents and kids in a digital environment.

The second season is built around the "mutual subscription" concept for families that choose trust, support, and responsible behavior online. Nowadays, when parents often become influencers for their kids, it is crucial for them to be having the so-called "mutual subscription", an open dialogue about digital risks and safe online experience.

This season brings together bloggers and content creators, who are also parents and whose content focuses on family topics. The project aims to unite businesses, experts, and bloggers in their effort to make the Internet a safe space for future generations. During interactive branches with experts in psychology, pedagogics, and cybersecurity, participants will discuss a number of crucial topics, among which family rules for surfing online, protection of privacy, and responding to cyber threats. Plus, bloggers will be given practical tips on digital safety.

The first meeting took place on 15 November at the A1 office. The event took the form of an open dialogue, with a focus on digital competence and responsible influence. More than 20 Belarusian bloggers joined the discussion and shared their take on digital challenges.

The upcoming meetings will address the following topics:

  • 22 November — "Digital Violence: How to Identify and Respond to Online Threats";
  • 29 November — "Personal Data Safety and Children's Privacy";
  • 6 December — "Digital Hygiene and Cybersecurity".

The You Online Club aims to bring together influencers and experts to jointly search for solutions that will make a digital space safer for everyone.

"Digital education is an investment in our children's future. In addition to protecting our kids and making their online experience safer, projects like this also cultivate understanding and sense of responsibility among parents and children. By creating platforms to promote a dialogue between parents and kids, we're building trust and respect in a digital environment, which is the main asset of this season's meetings," says Liudmila Kondrashova, Director of the Belarusian Children's Fund.

Upon finishing the program, participants will get certificates of completion and become A1's ambassadors of responsible influence. All related information, photos, and videos will be available at influence.a1.by. There you can also learn more about the project.

"In a world, where digital experiences have become part of everyday life, it is important to teach our kids about online safety and build trust and support. Education and dialogue are the key tools against potential online threats. A responsible approach to digital training helps protect children, while also cementing family ties," points out a representative at the UNFPA.

The You Online Club of Responsible Influencers helps bring up a new generation of smart Internet users — parents and kids alike — who understand the importance of trust, safety, and mutual respect in a digital world. The You Online Club shows that apart from being a place for communication and creativity, the Internet can incorporate support, care, and responsibility.
